"Hot tub floor needs cleaning and had too much foam. On first day I asked housekeepers in nearby room if they serviced room daily and was told they come in to empty garbage, replenish towels and coffee supplies only. That did not happen during our 3 night stay. Ice machine on main floor broken for all 3 days. "

"It would have been nice to know the outdoor pool was not working. We did however use the indoor pool and it was a decent alternative. But the front staff guys were really nice. Def would go back. "

Great value for the money

"Great location next to the river trail. Easy walk to the Podium, where my kid was competing in a track meet. Also a quick walk to downtown and Riverfront Park, so lots to do in the area. The Van Gogh exhibit is across the parking lot. Much better value than the other hotels in the area. It is an older apartment complex that has been renovated. Not the newest/ fanciest rooms but they are big, clean, and comfortable. Very nice restaurant onsite that has tasty, affordable food at happy hour. We ate there twice. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating --they let us check in early. Parking is free. I wish they had free breakfast but can't complain for the price."
