"We stayed here for a volleyball tournament, unfortunately we couldn't make our first night d/t snow storm and missed the modification date so couldn't change.. the only problem was finally getting ahold of the hotel to notify, I'm assuming because of the storm, once I got a hold everything was taken care of by hotel. "The staff was very friendly and accomodating to all our needs and the room was comfortable and clean. One suggestion we can make is that we would have liked to have been informed ahead of time that the pool was closed for maintenance. Overall, it was a good experience. "
