We stayed a couple of complementary hours after check out; since our flight was late in the evening. Highly recommend the Westin on the French quarter. "

"The property was excellently maintained, although some aspects were a little shabby. This included the bedding, which was very worn out. The check in process was exceedingly slow due to only one person checking people in at check in time which was after four on Monday. Although the staff person was proficient and friendly and very helpful, it does take a certain amount of time to check people in. The line got very long and backed outside the door. I think that it would be helpful if you had more than one staff person at the check-in time to help with the overflow. "
