"Seemed like a well established property under excellent management. My particular room was completely remodeled from top to bottom. Looked like a picture out of an HGTV magazine. Beautiful finishes everywhere. The bed was super comfortable as well. I have nothing negative to add about this property. "

"They exterior and lobby area was ok. The elevator needs to be updated/cleand up. My door latch was not right and entering the room was difficult. The room looked decent, however there was a sticky spot on the carpet next to the desk."

"We just booked this hotel for one night because we were going to the United Center to see jelly roll and although it's is older it was very clean which was the most important to us and the beds were comfortable and the girl at the desk was very nice"
