「This used to be Ray's photo studio, because he was a professional photographer. That probably wouldn't matter to most people, but I am also a professional photographer and I really enjoyed talking with Ray about birds and his travels. I really appreciated the indoor parking, and the breakfasts were very large. The staff was very friendly and helpful in explaining everything that we had access to in the building. 「If you love anything Victorian this is the place for you! The woodwork was exquisite! We had a lovely stay. Barbara was a wonderful hostess and made us a delicious breakfast! Fresh fruit with whipped cream. Lemon poppy seed muffins, raspberry kuken, ham and cheese omelets, OJ, coffee and tea! We enjoyed chatting with her and finding out about the history of the house!」

「IlWe went in the office season and literally had the entire house to ourselves. We had our own designated room but all the other guest rooms were open and it felt like being in a home and not a hotel. The bed was comfortable with plenty of blankets and nice pillows. Every room has a gas fireplace to provide heat. The whirlpool tub was outstanding. Breakfast was included and some of the best food I have had. So much good, we never went away hungry.
