"The service was terrible. They advertise with a free shuttle from the airport, but then when you arrive there is none. They claim to be the Airport hotel within 2 km from the airport, but if you need to take a taxi it is more like 10-15km. They do not admit they are wrong and unwilling to compensate the cost of getting there. The facilities are old and need a massive update. Called for an iron board and iron in the morning and after 20 min the reception called back that they could not find any…....

"Broke my leg during my stay (fell on the ice) and the service before my return flight was fantastic. Needed a bit more assistance due to crutches and was well taken care off by everyone working there. Since I couldn’t walk far I got to eat dinner there often. The menu is small and simple.
