「The location was nice. The first desk staff at check- in were very helpful. I was sad that the hot tub was not working and the pool was not heated during my stay. Also the breakfast attendant did not anticipate the needs of guess and there was several people waiting around to get breakfast items. 」

「Big Cedar Lodge has accommodations for any family/group size. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They truly try to have entertainment for kids to adults. Food was delicious at the restaurants that we went to. You can be as busy or relaxed as you want to be.」
