"the rooms are dated but i was told the hotel will be updated within the next 3 months, so that will be great! the service staff was great and fixed problems quickly! i had to move tooms becuase of the smell in the room. the next room the air conditioner was very loud. i called the front desk and maintenance came right away! he looked at the unit and said he would replace the whole unit at 1030p! older property but they make up for it with great staff! pool was enjoyable! "

"Was a nice, clean hotel. Wish house keeping came! We did send them away one day but we were there 4 days. Storage in room was amazing. Parking was terrible unless you arrive early and never left. I wish hotels would have a later breakfast for us night owls. Not a complaint, just saying. "

"We didn’t need to leave the resort for anything. They had many food options, all decently priced. However, one thing that they could improve would be to get their Coca Cola Freestyle machines working. Many people, including me, bought reusable cups for $25 and had to drive down the road to the next village for a working machine because there were none working in the village they were staying. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Will most likely book again."

" The resort itself was really enjoyable and offered many amenities. I would definitely recommend this resort if you were planning on just staying on grounds and using everything they had to offer. If you are planning to visit parks or do other things you might want to consider a smaller hotel. The resort is huge and very spread out. Most areas of resort are beautiful and clean. "We loved the 3 bedrooms to be able to spread out and cook our own meals. Two bathrooms made getting ready for the day easierKids enjoyed the Pirate Ship pool although the heater wasn’t working and it was a little chilly. Note the slide has a height requirement of 48in which disappointed our almost 6 year old, wished we would have known that ahead of time.
