We had a very comfortable night; the rooms were clean with the usual facilities (tea and coffee) that you’d expect with bottled water and fresh milk provided in the fridge. Location - the center is 10 minutes walk away, paid parking is 3 minutes away 20 pounds per day, free on Sunday. Communication - I used email, the answer was immediate.
