"So the overall stay was pretty good and was impressed with there cleanliness and front desk staff. The only issue we had was that room was very warm and only had a fan to use for keeping us cool. But opening the windows helped immensely so wasn't really much of an issue after that!! We will definitely be coming back to Chelsea Cloisters and highly recommend them to anyone staying in the South Kensington area!!"

Check-in was very slow as they wanted ID and then for cuatomers to sign up to something to check in to the room half an hour early. "The hotel is in great location. The earls court station is a 5 minute walk. We had the choice of The picadilly and district line to take into london. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We had a deluxe studio which was perfect for 2 of us. We had a large refrigerator, washer/dryer combo, kettle,toaster,stove which we wanted. If youre expecting a ritz carlton this is not it but it was perfect for us. We felt more like locals vs tourists. I would stay again and would recommend."
