"Good things were that the bed was comfortable and the shower worked. However the rooms especially the floors could do with a lot more cleaning. The carpets needing shampooing and the bathroom needed bleach cleaning. There was also a bad smell in the building which was not pleasant. The receptionist was friendly which almost made up for poor quality issues "

The downside to the room was that the king-size bed was actually two twin beds placed side by side, linked together by a lumpy mattress pad. "This is an exceptional boutique Hotel in London, about 10/15 mins walk from Victoria Station and we walked to Houses of Parliament in about 40 mins. Such a unique room which was spotlessly clean with large free standing bath, amazing toiletries and spacious . Continental Breakfast was delicious with amazing choice, we were going to upgrade to cooked breakfast but so much choice with continental we did not bother. Could not fault anything about this Hotel."
