"Arriving at 8pm from the airport we discovered - as had four other guests booked via various platforms - that the 'hotel' had to send us a QR code in order that we could check in for a room we had paid well in advance. Much messaging of the 'hotel' they kept assuring us that the guard knew we were coming, guard kept saying (correctly) that we needed a QR code. Paid for adding breakfast but needed to walk 5 minutes to a restaurant to get that. Dressing for the cold weather and going out is not convenient. To use the laundry you must download an application and create an account. "

"Didn't realize this was the same horrible "management" as for prior stay, so endured same horrible property conditions again. Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine."
