"We stayed at Rincón de Puembo on our way to the Galápagos and again when we returned. I highly recommend this hotel. The grounds are beautiful, the food is amazing (have the cold shrimp in a chilled soup), and the service is outstanding. We ate at both restaurants but El Grill with outdoor seating was my favorite.
