Excellent stay at New Otani. Large comfortable rooms with many gifts for guests. Beautiful garden to visit that was the highlight for us, its a calm space in the middle of Tokyo! Many dining options and shops. Recommend fully

Comfortable, super clean room, bed and spacious bathroom. Exceptional staff service and efficiency. Many restaurants at the hotel to choose from. The Japanese gardens in the interior court were magnificent - even in the cold weather and with no spring blooms or green grass yet.

Property was very beautiful! Bathroom in guest room was a little on the small side. Bed was a bit firm. All staff were very friendly & helpful. Food a little pricey, but very good!
