"The property we booked was not available and we were directed by host to another property. The other property was dirty, run down and generally in very poor condition. There was no wifi in the property and communication with host was not very useful. The property we were relocated to had no air conditioner, smelled like cigarettes, had no iron, the toaster didn't work, had no TV service, was dirty, and I could go on and on. We had to stay because being commencement weekend at the nearby college...
