"I must say, the aesthetic of this facility is amazing. However, this isn’t the best feature of this property. The staff is the best feature of this location. Athena and the other staff members did an excellent job accommodating me and my family. If you are ever in Vermont and need a quiet place to rest, Mount Ascutney Resort is the place to be. I highly recommend this location for Dartmouth parents. My son just graduated and this location served as my destination of choice."

"STAFF I want to start by pointing out that the staff at the hotel were above and beyond PHENOMENAL, and I mean ALL THE STAFF. I spent the weekend up there and got stuck with some car problems in a blizzard and dealt with everybody on the staff there. They were some of the nicest people I have ever dealt with in the hospitality industry. When I say all the staff, I mean all the staff! DAY 1. The plow guy helped me get my car out of a spot when my snow chain broke and I couldn’t move. DAY 2 The maintenance guy got me down to the front desk when my car broke down, then the manager got me a new room right away and gave me a ride to where I needed to go. DAY 3 The other manager called her brother-in-law to come tow and fix my car when the other shops in town were full on a Monday morning. The other front desk staff were great at letting me stay in my room until the car was finished. The cleaning crew who are the hardest working people in the industry were checking to see if my car was ok and if I needed anything. ROOM, I stayed in a two-bedroom condo that had a fireplace, full kitchen, huge living room and everything was spotless. The place was beautiful and fit 8 people. The only thing I would say is that if there is a big blizzard coming make sure you’re prepared with chains or snow tires if you are at the top of the hill because it could be a little challenging to get there with a ton of snow."
