"I absolutely loved my stay. It was spacious with beautiful palm trees at the lower area where my room was. English breakfast was served and the food orders took max 30 minutes. It was quiet, serene and the beach beds were not as crowded as the neighboring hotels. It has the best beach area that forms a beautiful pool during the high tide and it was never crowded. "The hotel is nice and not so far from beach, rooms are quite good only a bit dated with some of things like safe is amazingly tiny and not working as it should. Bathroom just most basic things and would need a bit of polish as feel used. Bed and sleep was good. Over for price paid is really good value. Breakfast for some reason is mostly sweets, but you can find fruits and some eggs for start. For working from here... forget about it wifi is just bare minimum, things like conference calls...

"The hotel is well staffed and are always happy to help. The hotel and accommodation is very clean and is constantly kept clean. The pools are warm and relaxing. The Masai on the beach are warm and welcoming but can be a little full on at times, but hotel security are great at moving them along if you want to be left alone. The food and entertainment are fabulous and range if all inclusive drinks are great. Spoilt for choice with restaurants and food. I never go back to the same hotel, but this is one I would consider returning back to. "

"Amazing services added to the property. Eco friendly. Beach amazing. Just when we asked for milk to the room they did not bring it. Food is not that great at the buffet restaurant. Gym is not a gym, some outdoor park that needs work. Security is great at the beach. Service with drinks are great. Evening sunset experience is fantastic. Resort and room and plantation is to die for. My favorite beach in Zanzibar."

"From our first arrival we were greeted with cool towels and warm smiles. The staff is amazing!! Esther at the front desk was very accommodating on our last day- our flight wasn't until late at night so got a lovely extra late check out. The food each day was prepared fresh and most delicious! Our room was the honeymoon suite which including a private pool and the maintenance guy always made sure to clean our pool as well. Having beach access from our room was a great plus because we were in the ocean/beach a lot! This place has not seen the last of us!!!"
