"You can’t beat the location. The Marais is a great area with plenty to do: dining, shopping, metro station, and going out for a drink. The staff is very friendly. The only thing I would bring up is that the hotel could use a bit of an update. The decor is not an issue, more so the room facilities. It’s quite uncomfortable trying to take a shower if you’re not accustomed to taking a bath; having a shower handle just hanging out is not conducive to taking a comfortable shower. "Our first family trip international on a foreign country. A little nervous. We had a great experience and felt safe in the neighborhood. We were trying to get home before 10:00pm. The hotel is located in a good area 7 min walking from Eiffel Tour. From there tourists can take Bus tours, boat tours, lots of places to visit. In a walking distance are grocery, stores, shopping mall in 2 blocks, trains. Bus is right at entrance of the hotel that makes easy to get places around the town. Help desk is very helpful and attentive to requests. "

"Expected a small room, did not disappoint. But it was clean and had adequate storage. LOCATION was superb, right around the corner from the Louvre and close to absolutely everything. Cafe's nearby, easy to navigate. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again if I am able to get to Paris one more time! "

"Everything was great until I had someone come in the room in the middle of the night , went to the front desk to explain the terror i had… no explanation to why the door was opened and a random was coming into the room just re activated my cards no compassion at all. "
