"Overall, the stay at this Hotel was good. Although the Customer Service associates were difficult to understand, it is fair to say that there amenities made up for it. The Continental Breakfast was great, it is highly recommended that if you will be utilizing that service, show up early as that area gets really crowded. Be aware that if you have a stay for more than 1-day, no room service will be provided. Inquire with the front desk. "

"I read reviews before staying so I remembered to bring my own cups. The bathroom was wonderful, the TV had a fabulous selection of channels, and the fridge worked very well. The heater needed work though. The hotel’s location is excellent for restaurants and Harbor Island."

"Hotel was clean and comfortable and served a great variety for the daily breakfast. The front driveway was a bit confusing just because it appears like a sidewalk. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast staff were amazing, attending to anything that needed done including each customer as they came in and thanking as they left. "
