「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...

「You will not be disappointed at your stay here. Staff is AMAZING!! Everyone was so wonderful and fun. Shout out to Misty, Jose, Duelce, and I know I’m missing many more but ya’ll are the BEST! 「We had a good time here. The rooms are older and have not been renovated. At least the one we had been was incredibly outdated. However, the room was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable — the balcony was great. We liked the environment and the entire space of the property was really pretty to walk. We were primarily disappointed about the food; it really was not that great. We only enjoyed the breakfasts, and the beachfront enjoyment of that breakfast… super breakfast buffet. Overall,...

「I encountered an issue where my bank account was being charged twice anytime I utilized my card at the resort. As it turns out the resort does a pre authorization and primary authorization on cards (not all cards), which in turn puts a hold on double the amount for a few days. This was a surprise to me and when I attempted to understand what the situation was the resort staff was not helpful at all. Other than that the stay was good and I will be back with lessons learned. 」
