"The front desk clerk was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful in allowing us to get into our room early. We had appointments that had a very large gap of time. If she hadn't let us in, we would have had to sit in a waiting room for several hours. She helped us on our check out and held our bags, as well. The hotel was very comfortable and I was very happy to be able to just walk down to the subway level to get to our appointments. "

"This is a great place to stay if you need something affordable, comfy, and close to the Mayo Clinic. My biggest complaint is that the windows face the hallway which then has a wall of windows to the outside. So you can’t get direct sunlight without having the blinds open but that allows other guests in the hallway to see into your room. Other than that, it’s perfectly fine and clean to stay in. "

"We had a great stay. The only negative was that the girl from house keeping tried to come in our room around 8am without knocking or identifying herself. It was kind of a long walk from elevator to our room. We did enjoy our stay and will be staying there again. "
