The transport drivers, Lynn and Terrence, to Mayo Clinic were very kind and excellent at helping with my aged mother. "The rooms were very clean and replenished on a daily basis. The staff is very friendly and approachable. The only issue was the AC hadn't been turned on for the Spring and Summer season. "The front desk staff was so friendly and accommodating. We had to arrive early in the day for appointments and they allowed us to park in the garage.
