"my flight got delayed, so I chosen this hotel to get some good sleep. I liked that it was close to airport, had shuttle service, and even while I wasn't ready to this mini trip at all, hotel stuff kindly gave me complementary toothbrush."

"Front desk staff isn’t very friendly, but the guys at the parking lot are great. The shuttle driver gave us a ride to the concert venue when it was raining. The elevator takes forever and seems old. Other than that the room itself was nice. Bed is comfy. I’ve stayed here 3 times so far and will continue to as long as there’s openings for concerts at the Prudential Center. Overall very pleased for the price. "
