"Our first room was very nice, but right above the dining area and was a bit noisy in the morning. We asked to move rooms because of that and they did so with no problems. Our second room was just as nice and quiet in the mornings. Amazing views and a very nice staff."

"This is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at since we’ve been coming to Pismo. The staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating, from booking to the front desk to housekeeping to Marisol restaurant (who makes an excellent margarita!) The beds were very comfortable and the rooms spacious & quiet. We came at a difficult time during the quarantine and the Cliffs gave us a much needed, stress free reprieve from the rest of the world for a few days. "
