"Initially this day started rather rocky when I was placed in room 223 which had a lot of highway noise, a broken heater and a refrigerator that kept rattling. When I called the front desk, the gentleman said I must be sensitive to noise and perhaps I should use earplugs. The next morning I was able to speak to a manager, thankfully who was very nice. She was able to switch me to a room 314 which was much better. The outdoor area with the fire pit was very relaxing. "

The room was clean and well-appointed, with a comfy bed, fridge, microwave, and balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. Nice breakfast, but the food wasn't always hot as we'd like. Overall, a great visit."

"This is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at since we’ve been coming to Pismo. The staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating, from booking to the front desk to housekeeping to Marisol restaurant (who makes an excellent margarita!) The beds were very comfortable and the rooms spacious & quiet. We came at a difficult time during the quarantine and the Cliffs gave us a much needed, stress free reprieve from the rest of the world for a few days. "
