"Hotel Viking gets high marks for their customer service. All of the staff were very accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed, including a refrigerator. The rooms are quiet. The valet parking was quick and there is a fee. I had an excellent time here for a 2 day stay. "

"Good stay. Food seemed pricey compared to local restaurants for baseline quality.(ate at torpedo lounge) staff and general amenities were good. Shower was low volume with a significant wait for warm water. And resort fee of $50/night seemed excessive given most hotels are expected to give use of gym and pool without this charge. Parking was also expensive $35/day however you can use your car and return without charge?uh ok. "

As first time visitors, we researched options and chose the Vanderbilt because it seemed central in location and the fact there were onsite spa services and good bar. This first choice was fortunate because we then met Morgan, the lead concierge. I booked the hotel and then immediately emailed re:spa services. Morgan called within 5 minutes of my email to book our appts and then proactively offered other services, ideas, and resources....
