「Would have liked breakfast」

「The breakfast offered had a lot of variety. It was nice having options that could be filling for a vegan. The room had a couple of issues, mainly the bathroom, but nothing that ruined the stay. It was a very nice stay overall. 」

「The only negative comment is this: my boyfriend is disabled. We were in the middle of packing and dressing to depart the hotel. Checkout is 11am. At 11:03 the housekeeper knocked to inquired "how much more time do you think you're going to need?" I have never had anyone ever come to the door while the do not disturb sign was placed on the door. I thought it was rude and unnecessary. We were in town visiting friends and family. 「I truly did like the hotel. It was extremely clean and the staff were very nice and helpful and the price was very reasonable. The only thing that was not to my liking was that some of the things were out to date such as the vending machine and the TV, just a few things that you needed cash for or could not access certain things such as streaming for my children that made it a little more hectic however, I would highly suggest the location and would go back again.」

「This place should not be overlooked. We realized at check in that I had lost my license and there was no way to check in without it. The guy at the front desk was empathetic and understanding but also was doing his job. We had to go home (90 minutes) in a snow storm to get my passport so we could come back and check in. It was important to spend the weekend with our daughter. Everything about the hotel was perfect for family time. 」
