"Rooms are small for the price. No free parking, overnight parking was an additional cost. Had to pay an extra fee at check in for “ amenities” when the in room booklet listed those amenities as complimentary. "

"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! I had stayed here before when I was younger and decided to stay again. I would stay here over and over! The rooms are always clean, every staff member we met was so friendly and the breakfast is delicious! The views are gorgeous! If you’re hoping to stay in this area this is definitely the place to stay. Thank you to all the staff that makes staying here so relaxing and welcoming!"

"Very lovely hotel, one of the nicest Holiday Inns I have stayed in. BIG SPACIOUS lobby, breakfast and bar areas. Room was comfy clean and nice. Not much around the hotel as far as eateries go. Staff was welcoming and pleasant, BIG THANKS to them. "

"Short walk to the House of Blues in a very safe and quiet part of the city. The hotel was beautiful and clean. And who wouldn't like breakfast and dinner with drinks included with the room stay? Food was exceptional. I will stay here any time i go to Cleveland!"

"I only stayed for one night, but it was comfortable and good for the money that I spent. It seemed like there weren't a lot of people staying there on the night that I did, but it is a pretty big hotel that could hold a lot of people."

" The motel was clean, staff friendly, breakfast was great. Really appreciated the dining hostess and crew member. They did a good job. The mattress was comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Room had frige and microwave. Nice closet to hang or store things in. If we are back in Akron, OH will most likely use this motel again."
