"The Edge could not seat us despite being in a suite for over 5 nights. That’s simply unacceptable. Otherwise hotel is very nice."

"Beautiful property, and the staff and service was top notch. Property was also walkable to some good restaurants. Beautiful views and the pool and hot tub were perfect temperatures. The cons were the wifi was spotty and made it difficult to work as planned. Also, no gym. But the pros were plenty - every inch of the property was special. We’d go back when able to truly disconnect. "

"I didnt get the room I booked. I booked a rok. With a partial view of the pool and didnt get that. The toilet paper in the room was of low quality for a luxury hotel. Victor the server at the Rockwood restaurant was top notch. Toilet seat is too high for anyone under 6 feet. One can barely touch the ground. Service was excellent."

"On the first night, my girlfriend and I came back to the hotel room after checking in and turned on the heater, but no heat came out. Then I tried to take a shower and it was only cold. On the third day I try to take a shower and it was only scorching hot. The mineral pools were nice."

"Like: Good enough to sleep. Don’t like: No microwave, you pay extra, No breakfast, “Covid excuse”, No fridge, Laundry broke, ice machine barely produce ice. Room furniture old. Worse Quality Inn I’ve been.. owner try to be cheap and reduce allot of the suppose to be included amenities. NOT recommended. "

"Best value for the money, hands down. The pool and area is always clean. Sometimes low on towels , just ask. Also ask for the misters if not on. "
