"Terrible - book 10 months in advance and then 4 days before get told they had bumped me off to another hotel - hotel panorama -which had great staff and I was well looked after so don’t book here go to hotel panorama instead"

"Hôtel très bien placé et agréable. Notre chambre était classique. Problème avec la chasse d’eau du wc qui a coulé toute la nuit. A la fin nous avons du bloquer le problème nous meme. Presque aucune pression et haut chaude dans la douche. Heureusement que c’était l’été. Un conseil informer la réception si vous souhaiter partir très tôt le matin car personne n’est là et toutes les portes sont fermées. Dernier point négatif on nous a demandé 5€ de taxe de séjour contre 3€. "

"Staff were incredible, sent my parents on a trip to lake garda and they went above and beyond to help me when they ended up getting stranded due to public transport strikes etc. Really couldn't fault them, all the staff at aktiv hotel from booking to check out were fantastic! "Stayed for 3 nights whilst taking part in the Lake Garda Marathon. Stunning scenery and fantastic hotel. The staff went out of their way to make the stay very comfortable. In particular, Katerina who went above and beyond to find a taxi the morning of the run given that all taxis seemed to be booked. The oils definitely stay again. The room was great and the restaurant was also really good. Easy to get to Riva by foot or bus."
