"This hotel was lovely and in a great location! My only issue was that the fridge was leaking in my room and the blow dryer wouldn’t work, and with the reception desk being located a couple of blocks over, I had to walk over there with wet hair to find a solution. But the staff were very accommodating and it was no problem to let me use another vacant room to blowdry my hair :) There are so many amenities close by - I would definitely stay here again!"

"Hotel was extremely accommodating. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They were eager to helping give information on local places to go, including discounts to the zoo, Sea World, etc. Valet parking was so fast and convenient. The room had an amazing ocean view, very clean and spacious. The pool was heated, which was nice for the chilly evenings. The hot tub great. "Property was awesome! We stayed in March. Staff there were kind, professional, and so quick with response to our room with getting more towels etc. So prompt!!!! Amazing!! Our room was upgraded upon arrival which was so nice. Pool was not heated like advertised. The only negative. But enjoyed the jacuzzi. I only took off 1 star for location because it sits in front of an area where when it rains, there's two runs from the city that washes in street debris water after it rains into the ocean. We...
