"Beach Haven was a good place to stay. The pool and hot tub were great and the staff treated us very well. The location is excellent, with quick access to pacific beach and the ocean front walkway. There are some good restaurants around and lots of places to get ice cream. Some of the items such as soap etc were pretty low quality and the towels were a bit tired, but overall this places is quite good. The pool really makes it. "

I had a smooth check in with the very cool evening manager. And that’s the one thing that stood out here at the Greentree Inn was the demeanor and professionalism of the staff. "I booked at this property to stay in San Diego for my daughter’s birthday weekend. I arrived late on the evening of the 13th. I stayed 3 nights. I had a smooth check in with the very cool evening manager. And that’s the one thing that stood out here at the Greentree Inn was the demeanor and professionalism of the staff. Everybody was on point anytime I went to the office spoke to anybody they had what I needed. They were very friendly the housekeeping staff was great! Each member of the housekeeping team I came in contact with was friendly, and I really appreciated the breakfast staff. As a fellow hospitality worker I am definitely going to come back and stay at the Green Tree . The only other area of concern was when I entered the building. I got a whiff of natural gas from the laundry area. It seemed to only be strong the first night. I stayed 3 nights. "
