"At first i was dissappointed because i was unaware that orbitz put me in a room with someone that i did not know.. However the manager jose took care of that. My stay was great, i recommended it to family and friends. My only advice for orbitz is to let the customer know that its a shared home, and ask if they would be ok with that!! That wasn't disclosed to me during booking, i really didn't appreciate it.. Now i wont ever book using orbitz again."

"I had to wait 20 minutes for the front counter lady to come in from smoking. The security guard was sitting in the lobby playing on his phone and he just kept saying she will be back soon.. Then she told me I had booked a double bed room and I said no I booked a family suite.. So I had to show her my email and she said well I don't know why they put you in another room, let me make sure I have a clean one..
