"From the moment of check-in, through check-out, the staff was always welcoming; friendly, and there for us. The experience definitely does deserve an EXCEPTIONAL rating. Only improvement(s) that we could suggest would be (1) improve the breakfast food quality and extend the hours of operation by, at least, 30-minutes. If check out time is 11AM then the breakfast should be until around the same time, and not the current 9AM. Also the food was honestly awful. Apples were the only fruits; the (so-called) crisp bacon was hot, but constantly soggy and greasy; the pastries were limited to only a pre-packaged muffin. Finally, the pillows in the room have "0" firmness. Even using three of them provided little, if any, support. The bathroom towels were the opposite - rough and hard. Aside from these comments we would, still, return to this site in the future because of the sincere care, and kindness, of the staff plus overall cleanliness and comfort."

Julia has been a doll to interact with and she handled my complaint and questions very professionally without breaking a smile. You can tell that she values her customers and will do all she can for you. Also the rooms are always so clean and well taken care of! I will continue to stay at this property and I will also continue to recommend the property to my family and friends! "
