The front desk agent informed me that I would need to call the 3rd party company that booked my reservation, and after calling, with long wait times, and 1.5 hours of my day taken from me trying to resolve the issue I was finally able to get checked in once the front desk manager and the hotel.com staff / manager were able to speak to provide details that my reservation was indeed confirmed and pre-paid "

"For the price and convenience, good option. Plenty of food and shopping options. Walk to mall 2 minutes. Safe area. Hotel is nothing fancy, but very adequate. Free breakfast which is always a bonus."

"Super dog friendly. Extremely close to UC Berkeley (I take school group there every President's Day Weekend) and a ton of food/shops. There's a Burger King and ATMs within a 3min walk. Indoor swimming pool and hot tub. Extremely affordable nightly rate. Sonestas are now my go to wherever I stay."
