Having stayed at a lot of very cheap motels, I was expecting sketchy characters, possibly a lot of noise, and overall gross-feeling accommodations. This was not the case here. "all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The first one that I had had a malfunctioning toilet so I had to move. I have booked a room with the city view and the room I received faced another wall. The heater was noisy. So was the refrigerator. because it was a sweet, at night, I could not hear the refrigerator but I did hear the heater. The location is very convenient to take BART to San Francisco. ALTHOUGH I HAVE SOME CRITICISMS, I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN."
