"Roger, this man is a lifesaver! We arrived at this hotel tired from several days of skiing. We were pleased to see a free spa with jacuzzis and a sauna. It has a beautiful interior and smells/looks so clean. There were also snacks and drinks to purchase up front. We had to be at the airport at 4:30 a.m. the next morning but didn’t rent a car. "The hotel is very centrally located and on-site public parking is available right in front of the hotel (incl. 4 overnight electric car charging spots). Our room was spacious, quiet and clean. It made a very cosy impression as it featured a huge tiled stove that must have been used once upon a time to heat the room. In general, the hotel has a very nice atmosphere because of it's old age. "Great hotel with really friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast with plenty of options including fruit, eggs and pastries, the Thai grill was good for a quick bite and the restaurant / bar in the hotel had good food options which were excellent. In the old centre of kiruna so the new centre is a taxi ride away but if you’re out doing organised trips, it doesn’t really matter"
