"We greatly appreciated the staff; everyone was friendly and engaged in conversation. The beach with its white sands and inviting Caribbean water is absolutely gorgeous One of the drawbacks was the coffee situation in the early morning. It would have been more convenient to have a pot of coffee made instead of making one cup at a time. Thank you, Azul, for a great holiday!"

"Loved everything except the mineral pool station where we were welcomed to have smoothies - not adequate variety of offered assortment of fruits nor veggies to make smoothies plus smoothies attendant not at station most of the time …instead in athletic shelter talking to fellow staff and returning to smoothie station around 4 pm to make smoothies for those staff members rather than be available on call for guests once lunch time was over. Poor performance, as well as spa personnel entering...

"Very good for a first time visitor to Jamaica. Liked the trip from the airport and back to see the countryside. Once you relax like a Jamaican, you treat the staff with respect and try to make out the Patois between hosts. Great gym but could use a few more items like ski ergs and steel kettlebells. Great food and lots of it. Coffee bar was well appreciated just after an early walk on the beach. "

"Resort is massive. Lots and lots of walking, no matter what you are doing. The buffet is large, and the food is decent. It doesn't change too much daily however so by the end of the week, we were pretty tired of the buffet. The a la carte restaurants are pretty good and the service at them is great. The beaches are nice, lots of chairs and parasols. The resort was not at capacity while we were there so some things (one pool, a couple restaurants/bars) were closed and the a la cartes...

"There is so much to offer at the resort! The Michael Kackson, and Bob Marley shoes were amazing. One area that I do feel that they could improve upon was their im the shows in the theater. They just weren't up to par compared to the others. Overall all though, we jad a fantastic stay. "

"Lovely property and the staff were great. Only hiccup was checking in. We arrived before the 3 pm check-in and were told our room would be ready shortly but waited over 3 hours and after 3 pm for our room to be ready. The only blemish on a great trip. Feeod and drinkare are expensive (even by NY prices) but everything was well done so we did not mind paying "

"Liked - most staff were great - especially check in agents, buffet staff and entertainment (Stretch and Ruth and fitness instructors). Food was average to great, depending on the restaurant. Property was in good condition and there was lots of activities. Rooms were big and in good condition. What could use work? - staff at gym entrance were dismissive and rude; pool/beach bars don't have enough staff and were not overly pleasant. They definitely have the toughest jobs with all the drinking adults but they ignored anyone without money in their hands, especially the kids. "
