"Absoutely fantastic stay at this property. From the minute we arrived we were treated with so much hospitality. The place is so peaceful. The views from the breakfast patio spectactular. The property was surrounded byu beautiful gardens with outdoor seating to enjoy the beautiful caribean subshine. The staff are incredible and peter the host took care of every detail.would highly recommend this property ."

"Overall a great place to stay. As we had room 17 at the very top, our view was spectacular. Staff were very friendly and helpful in a timely manner. Kitchen setup was good for making breakfast or a light meal. The only down side with our stay was the seating for the room . The bar stools in the room, and on the balcony are only comfortable for a short sitting time, and the only other option was to lay down on the bed. "Amazing views and the host offered me great insight into the area and history of Jamaica and Kingston It is NOT close to the actual city. I would NOT use a rental car to commute there. Use a cab or Uber only. It costs about 10-15 dollars (US) each way to the Half Tree area and a little more for other popular sites. It was clean and I felt safe the whole time"

"Kind of funky, but it was a good place to stay for one night. The room was kind of crowded for four people. It was a bit noisy. The pink buildings and having to walk through someone's living room to sign in and get help was interesting, but common in Jamaica. Keyshawn, the young man who helped us, was fantastic! We left some bathing suits there and a week later they were holding them for us in case we ever came back. Super honest!"

"The unsanitary no water situation is ridiculous. The first 3 days, no water for a shower. You could not flush the toilets. I had to demand them bring gallon jugs of dirty water. So we can flush the toilet. I got 3 showers. In 10 days I dn't know what's going on in Negril ll but it's getting ridiculous. No clean towels no clean sheets and nobody has an answer don't think you or Jamaica cares i could never take a guest there a beautiful section of beach totally neglected "

"My 21-day stay at Casa da Buena Vista was wonderful. It is located in a very nice neighbourhood that is within walking distance to town. I enjoyed breakfast in the garden while watching and listening to birds, including hummingbirds and canaries. The host, Richard, was very helpful and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. The grounds are very peaceful and beautiful. Every day was a good day- for 21 days."

"Perfect for a couples getaway. Close proximity to the airport. Transportation was easy to secure as well as excursions. The entertainment at the hotel was great as well as the nightlife at the other locations. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is a bit older - but the staff keep it exceptionally clean. We enjoyed access to the other properties and the VIP beach sections we were able to relax in. The food at the restaurants was delicious. However, room service food was not as expected. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Thank you for a memorable 20th Anniversary trip!!"

"I liked the staff. They were always courteous and friendly. Food provided for an all inclusive hotel was good. Loved that the hotel was conveniently located across from Doctors Cave beach. The beach is very beautiful. I wish however that the WiFi was working better. Kept dropping in and Overally family and I had a great 👍 experience. Will certainly be back soon. "
