"Only real issue was being woken up at about 3AM to a neighboring building’s trespassing alarm, which was very audible through the walls for about 40 minutes. Everything else was pretty nice, friendly staff, what you’d expect. Except for that alarm, that was not nice. "

"What was unique with the property was that it has balconies off of the rooms. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The beds are comfortable. My only complaint would be that the door to the balcony was very hard to open but other than that everything was very nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a late checkin and Michael (I think that was his name) made check in a breeze after a long day of traveling. We sure did appreciate all of his assistance. We will be staying...

"We had a problem with the heater. It was the coldest night and our heater wasn't working so the repair man came to fix it. Thankfully we stayed warm. The room was large and quiet."

The only complaint I have is having to pay for parking when the hotel right in front of ours did not charge for parking."

"They were very quick to fix a couple things in my room when I told them about them. Location is convenient. Shuttle was nice & prompt but can get too scheduled limiting use. Staff very attentive & friendly. Pool table & games to check our to play. Outdoor pool is not heated. "
