「There are two disappointing points: 1. Check-in is only available at 4PM. I was driving around and got into a small car accident, that was terrible 2. There is no dedicated parking lot and one bath towel is missing.」

「I recently stayed 6 nights at Nicky's and I loved my stay. It was affordable and very clean. The setting is serene and you need only step out of the parking lot and take a beautiful stroll along the river. My room was maintained with care and the check in was seamless. The electronic communications were clear and concise. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I plan on returning and recommending. It is less than 3 miles from the RMNP Fall River entrance and about the same to downtown Estes ....
