「me ans my boyfriend went for thanksgiving and had a great stay here. only complaint is that the lady at the front wasnt helpful, we tried explaining to her that we coukd check in early and she didnt bother checking or helping she just told us to come back later. however everything else was great. the breakfast was good and the room was very spacious. 」

「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3.
