"Mardi Gras Parades- perfect place to stay for the parades. Walk up a block and they're right there. Walk a block-ish past the hotel and Bourbon Street. Perfect location. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Valet parking made everything easy. Wasnt alot of noise. Lots of police presence outside."

"We were here before the superbowl and felt that the normal clients were not the staff priority, the room had not been cleaned one morning and we asked several times before they sent someone with no specific attention to forgive them."

"The Sheraton was a great option for a two day visit to NOLA. Unlike previous reviews we found staff friendly and helpful, the room impeccably clean and up to date and well maintained. Valet parking, though not cheap, was very good and we received our car within 5-10 minutes. Great location for French Quarter and streetcar routes to Garden District. All very good!"

"Absolutely loved this hotel !!! Valet was full had to do self parking which ended up being cheaper . Other then that loved our room very clean , the hot water was HOT! Will be back ! "

"Excellent experience at this hotel. Very comfortable beds. Quiet. Was on parade route for Mardi Gras which is great although it does take some clever sidewinding to reach the hotel during the parades because of street closures. Fortunately, I knew the city well enough to get to a place to park and access the hotel. If it’s not Mardi Gras time you can drive right up to the front door and valet park. Will stay here again for sure"
