"The pool is more like a fountain but we weren’t there to hang in the pool area so that was fine. There was street and hotel construction and trash pick up that woke us up way too early for a Saturday! The elevator was extremely slow but for prospective the place is old/historic and very boutique. I would’ve liked to have easier stair access but we couldn’t find them and was told they were in the adjacent building or that you could only come down not up. The staff was mostly nice but we did feel...

"I think as a hotel that it has a lot going for it if you want to approach New Orleans carefully. It takes about fifteen minutes to walk to the French Quarter and a cable car runs adjacent to the hotel. Sort of a more corporate area. But if you don’t want to be above a party it’s great. I didnt venture to the steakhouse below but it seemed to be a decent cloth napkin place. The rooms are a steal if you get a balcony room. I got a corner spot and it was a decently sized, comfortable clean room....

"Le Pavillon is a stylish property in the CBD (Central Business District) of New Orleans. It's conveniently walkable to various places of interest. The staff are lovely and helpful. The cleanliness and decor is top notch. We would gladly return to this property. The only snag we experienced a few times was elevator wait times as one out of the two elevators was down during our stay."
