"We stayed two nights in a Japanese room with private open-air bath. It was fantastic. The room was clean, modern and had everything we needed. Words cannot describe the private open air bath which we used as much as possible. We had dinner and breakfast included - these meals may be challenging for western tastes but if you're feeling adventurous, go for it! Unfortunately the public bath was closed when we visited so I cannot comment on this."

"Amazing hotel with stunning views of Lake Ashi. All-inclusive resort style, with Breakfast and dinner buffet included. Onsen with indoor and open air pools, all necessary toiletries provided, toothbrush/toothpaste, razors, q tips, combs, amazing skin care products! The Hakone Ropeway is just a 3-5 minute walk. It was a very relaxing and rejuvenating stay. Definitely recommend and would love to stay here again!"

"Hi Hilton Odawara team, Thank you for your warm hospitality and perfect service. My family and I really enjoyed staying at your hotel. The facilities in the hotel were excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. Above all, the beautiful view from my room was magnificent. We will never forget such incredible scenery. I will visit the hotel next time. Thank you! 하코네 지역의 호텔과 비교하면 힐튼 오다와라의 접근성은 다소 불편합니다. 하지만 호텔 방에 들어서는 순간 이곳에 오길 잘 했다는 생각이 드실겁니다. 일본의 여러 온천호텔에 가보았지만 이곳이 제가 갔던 호텔 중 베스트 3 안에 듭니다. 가족여행으로 갔는데 부모님이 감동하셨습니다. 식사의 경우, 저희는 조식과 석식을 모두 호텔에서 먹었습니다. 뷔페 음식의 종류가 많지는 않지만 모두 맛있고 호텔 부대시설이 매우 좋습니다. 차량 렌트해서 가실 분들에게 강추합니다!
