"The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The riverview is worth the upgrade especially at night when the city lights up. "The room was smoke free and pretty clean. I did find it a bit warm and difficult to turn the thermostat down. The staff were warm, attentive and friendly and would go out of their way just to come to my door and ask if I needed things. "Good location, good decoration. We’ve got a city view room, which I think not attractive enough. River view room cost a lot more. Room is spacious but Lighting is not bright enough. Even if I turn off all the lights ， We couldn’t even find a place to do make up."
