"The main issue we had here was with the booking service we used for this reservation. The facility has been recently remodeled and it looks great! The breakfast was advertised as a continental breakfast. To me that says donuts and coffee. But what they had was a hot breakfast with fried eggs, sausage, biscuits and sausage gravy with a wonderful flavor! We were traveling with a pet. The booking website said this property's policy was that you could have up to 2 dogs or 2 cats. It would be an additional $15 pet pet as long as they were less than 40 lbs. At check-in, I was informed that each pet would cost an additional $20 per night and the document I signed said it was for dogs only! So anyone traveling with cards should be aware of this! These are the kinds of things we spend a lot of time researching so we don't have to run into these kinds off issues after driving 650 miles! So whether this problem lies with the booking service or the property owners. But it's something I think needs to be squared up if for no other reason than customer service. This is something that could cause real issues for travellers! Putting the whole pet issue aside, I would definitely not hesitate to stay here again! The property was clean. It was easily accessable to I-85. And I believe it was fairly priced."

"I always enjoy my stay at Windcreek. Rooms are always clean, comfortable, floors are quiet conducive for rest and the staff is always pleasant as well as accomadating."

"The front desk staff was excellent. She was incredibly friendly and efficient. She made the experience. The only thing was that the tub would not drain well at all and the conditioner would shoot out the side. "

"The property is undergoing renovation which I knew when we booked it. Outside in the parking lot was alot of old furniture and construction debris; however,inside totally changed the outside image. The staff were great and our room was warm comfy and cozy. Breakfast was excellent especially the omlette. We will mark this on our stay map for future travels. Thank you."
