"Ramada issues * Pool was too cold * Fountains did not work * Pool water was grimy * Food was everywhere around the poolside and hot tub areas * Too many kids (13) were in the hot tub at one time * My son had to threaten to notify the front desk before they would listen to anything * Our quiet hide and seek game was brought to an abrupt halt when an employee told my minor children of calling the cops, even though I had already previously notified them of our activities * Guests staying in the pool area were loud with their balconies open past 1 AM * Our room keys were deactivated while we were having breakfast and before we came to check-out * I stated to my children in front of the maid in the hall that we weren’t finished and I still needed to do a walk through, and she had the room torn apart before I could quickly return and items were forgotten * Was told on Sunday the 20th that a manager would call me * I called and left a voicemail on the 22nd * I called again on the 25th with one body answering the call * I called corporate and was directed to Expedia * I called Expedia on the 29th and was told the hotel needs to do the refund * I stopped in to talk to the manager on 10/31 and was told to come back in on Friday or Saturday. * Stopped in Saturday 11/2 and was told again that the manager was unavailable."
