"This is definitely a family-friendly hotel. It was excellent for our family of 5. The kids loved the heated pool and the free breakfast was delicious. The area has so many good stores and things to do. Highly recommend."

"Everything was good except for the breakfast area. We went down about 8:30 and there was no hot food. I asked the staff (who were all in the kitchen talking) and they said it was coming. One staff member came out with eggs. I asked again about the sausage and hash browns, and another staff member said sausage would be out in 6 minutes. I travel a lot and it seems to me that with at least 3-4 in the kitchen, they could keep up with the food better. Left without eating."

"Everything was find, with the exception of my room accommodations. I have challenges walking and I had requested a room near the elevator.at the time I registered I did not get a room near the elevator. I had to walk the length of two hallways to get to my room. I was told they were fully booked. I didn't have a choice it was too late to make other arrangements."
