"My room was clean, comfortable, quiet. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast omelet was kind of fun. It became stuffy in the middle of the night which always wakes me up. It's also getting run down. The shower door handle is coming off, watermarks on the sink now seem permanent and the elevator flooring has been worn down."

I have challenges walking and I had requested a room near the elevator.at the time I registered I did not get a room near the elevator. I had to walk the length of two hallways to get to my room. I was told they were fully booked. I didn't have a choice it was too late to make other arrangements."
