"Nice place, great shower! I stayed in what looked to the be the original unit and it has some wear. The other units were built in 2014 and looked in much better shape. So ask for the two floor units. Security is great, large gate with remote opener for after hours. WiFi is pretty slow at times."

"The manager was warm, friendly, and welcoming. Also greeted by beautiful Siamese cat. The unit also had a nice small kitchen. Only there for a night, but would think it would be a nice place to stay for a longer period at a reasonable price. Unrelated to the quality of the accommodations, the horse flies at the park trails really made the hiking experience less than stellar. "

"This was the 3rd property I stayed in the Pucón area. The room was closer to a hostel than an apart-hotel. It was adequate, and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked to prepare basic meals, but we needed to purchase our cleaning supplies. The bed was uncomfortable, and one could hear the neighbors in the hallways and adjacent balconies. The staff could have been more helpful (polite but not generally motivated to be helpful). "Muy mala experiencia, teniendo confirmacion y reserva por mail de hotels.com , al llegar a pucon, llame para informar que llegaria mas tarde de lo informado y me dicen del hotel que mi reserva no existia y que ellos no trabajan con hotels.com. llame para que me solucionaran el problema, hable mas de 10 veces y aprox 4 horas con hotels.com y no tuve solucion. Quede con mi familia en pucon abandonado sin posibilidad de ir a otro hotel o cabaña ya que estaba todo full. Tuvimos que dormir la prinera...

"The cabins are located far from Pucon. No food was offered. There was no hot water and the water pressure was horrible. I would not recommend this property. Also, they asked for 1/2 upfront and the other 1/2 once we arrived. After what we went through, I would not have paid them for the second 1/2."

"Cabin was fantastic. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and the entire place was well equipped for a comfortable stay. Excellent location with private access to the lake. Hosts were hospitable, friendly and helpful. Wifi dropped out a bit but when you’re away in a place like this, who cares!?"

"This hotel is quirky in the sense that it pays homage to its design and style which was very avant garde in the 1960s. It is not ultra modern and could seem a little tired but actually feels extremely gracious. We loved it! The ambience is wonderful; the setting is spectacular and the staff attentive without being fussy. "
