"We got stranded in Kansas City due to the winter storm. Luckily we were able to book a room here. They had an airport shuttle that was running even as everything else was shutting down. Check in was smooth, especially as a lot of people were calling and checking in. The employees were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was included and it was busy but the staff was working hard to replenish everything to feed everyone who was there. Overall, we’re glad we were able to get a room here with everything going on and big thanks to their employees for handling everything so well"

"I absolutely loved my time at this hotel.I was using one on the Missouri side that was ok but this one was way more convenient as far as shopping & easy highway access.The room was perfect very clean had everything I needed with everything working.The breakfast they offer was pretty good & the customer service was great...This will be my go-to for all future in town stays "

"Both the hotel and room were exceptional. The staff was not as friendly as should be, but it was late. Perhaps he had a rough day. She sheets were clean, the room was spotless and the comfort to just sit and lounge were 2nd to none. This was our 2nd hotel out of 4 in this trip. I wished we could have simply stayed in this one "
